Restaurant
Osteria dell’Olmo is the agreed restaurant, next to the relais. Housed in a villa of 17th century, surrounded by vineyards and hills, features 80 seats in the romantic halls with fireplace, 180 in the gazebo and 600 seats in the intimate garden. Dishes are typical of the Umbrian tradition, simple and genuine but refined as well. They are combined with fine wines of the wine cellar, advised by the maitre. Chefs are glad to propose theme nights, tastings, and they are available to organise banquets. In the morning a rich buffet waits guests in the breakfast room, with a veranda that overlooks the pool of the Relais.
Wellness center
The Wellness centre of Relais dell’Olmo presents relaxing atmospheres, with suffused lighting. The Spa is for the exclusive use of each guest and it is made up of:
