At «Osteria 1126» 2 young chefs use local, genuine, fresh and quality raw materials, to create dishes of Tuscan tradition revisited with a great care. Wine and extra virgin olive oil are produced directly on spot, the estate indeed features 33 hectares of vineyards (100% Sangiovese) and 40 hectares of olive groves. The olives are hand-picked from October to November and in the olive mill they are carefully pressed to blend two different selections of oil: Extra virgin olive oil protected designation of origin, and Extra virgin olive oil. The Winebar in summer proposes light lunch combined with wines of Fattoria di Cinciano, from which: Gotifredo Rosato IGP Toscana, Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, Pietra Forte IGP Toscana, Cinciano Bianco IGP Toscana, Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC.
