The 87 rooms are comfortable and cheerful. The colors scheme was chosen with an eye towards simplicity, linear and practical design. There is ample table space and windows are large in order for guests to admire the special atmosphere of the Oltrarno (Florence Left Bank), where the hotel is situated.

How to reach Hotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio

By car:
From the A1 Highway, take exit Firenze Certosa and follow the indications to Firenze Centro. From Porta Romana, take via Romana and via Maggio, then turn right on Borgo San Jacopo at the traffic light. The hotel is at the end of the street on your right hand side, in front of the Ponte Vecchio.

By train:
1) Santa Maria Novella railway station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From the station, take via de' Panzani and via de' Cerretani until Piazza del Duomo. From there, take via Roma and walk past Piazza della Repubblica and via Por Santa Maria. Cross the Ponte Vecchio and take via Guicciardini.
2) Take the bus line "D" and get off at the stop "Borgo San Jacopo".

From the airport Firenze/Peretola "A. Vespucci":
The airport has good connections to the centre of the city, which can be reached in about fifteen minutes by taxi, and about twenty minutes by the Sita/Ataf service "Vola in Bus" between the airport and Santa Maria Novella railway station.
